Mercedes-Benz 300 SL Classic

We are a community of enthusiasts with a wide range of vintage car rally interests and experience that share a passion for these iconic cars. Collectively, the 300 SL Classic organizing team has roughly 300,000 miles of rally seat time. We find joy in great friends, beautiful roads, and special cars. We enjoy a day of challenging roads that explore the less traveled hidden canyons, alpine passes, and wide open spaces of America with the comradery of like-minded friends. At the same time, we are grateful for our opportunity to give back in the spirit of philanthropy. The 300 SL Foundation, a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization (application submitted and approval pending) formed by members of the Gull Wing Group International car club, has partnered with Mercedes-Benz Circle of Excellence, the Mercedes-Benz Classic Center, and the producers of a number of well-known vintage rallies to create the 300 SL Classic as a spectacular 4-day 1000-mile rally. Each year a new route will cover roughly 1,000 miles of beautiful mountain passes, verdant river valleys, and high desert vistas throughout America.
